MALBEC | CABERNET FRANC
Dedicated to Seler Parrado, whom we feel is part of our family heritage. Seler was not only Nando’s father, but also the lighthouse that guided him during his journey.
The grapes come from single vineyard parcels in San Pablo, Tunuyán, Mendoza (4,500 feet a.s.l). Fermentation with native yeasts is carried out in concrete eggs for 15 to 20 days, and then aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
Viejo Seler is a tribute to our loved ones, who always bring light to the darkest moments of our lives.
